Explore Mud Hole, about two miles via dinghy, a wonderfully private and well protected anchorage …It is difficult to enter, but once inside, you are in a completely natural little fjord… It provides easy access to The Nature Conservancy’s Great Wass Island Preserve and some wonderful trails.

All of Cranberry Harbor can be used as an anchorage, though it is broad and quite exposed. …The best protection is found in Hadlock Cove. Islesford Dock Restaurant also manages several rental mornings.
